The Covent Garden Hotel's Sake Martini – Recipe
For an elegant surprise, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. This beverage is airy, scented and drinkable, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.
Japanese-Inspired Martini
Serves 1
30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
